How do I time my session?
Follow the instructions supplied with your band for timing and controls. Stay awake during use, and switch it off and remove it before going to sleep.
Can I breathe through my nose while wearing it?
Yes. The band sits above your nostrils, so your nose stays open to breathe normally.
Is it safe?
Start on the lowest heat level, use it for about 15 minutes, and never wear it while sleeping. Don't use it on numb, broken, or irritated skin. If you're pregnant, have a skin condition, reduced sensation in your face, or have had recent facial surgery, check with your doctor first.
Will it replace my nasal spray or medication?
