Shipping Destinations

Duskwell offers shipping to the United States and Canada.

Available destinations and delivery options are shown at checkout. If checkout does not accept your address, contact us before placing an order.

Free Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is free for orders delivered to eligible addresses in the United States and Canada.

If an optional paid delivery service is offered, its price will be displayed before purchase. Any shipping amount charged by Duskwell will be shown in USD.

Processing and Delivery Information

Order processing and carrier transit are separate stages. Processing covers preparing and dispatching the order; transit covers movement from dispatch to delivery.

Any processing or delivery estimate communicated before purchase forms part of the information applicable to your order.

Product availability, destination, carrier schedules, and customs procedures can affect timing. Contact contact@getduskwell.com if you need delivery information before ordering.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

We will send shipment information to the email address provided with your order. Where tracking is available, the notification will include tracking details or instructions for accessing them.

Tracking updates may take time to appear after a carrier receives a package.

Delays and Your Rights

If we cannot ship within a timeframe promised for your order, we will notify you and provide the options required by applicable law, including cancellation and refund where applicable.

For U.S. orders covered by the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if no shipment timeframe is stated, the rule generally requires shipment within 30 days, or the required delay notice and consent procedure or refund.

Canadian customers retain applicable provincial or territorial rights relating to late delivery, non-delivery, cancellation, and refunds.

Weather, customs delays, or carrier disruptions do not automatically remove those rights.

Taxes and Cross-Border Charges

Prices and amounts charged by Duskwell are in USD. Taxes collected by our store are displayed before checkout is completed.

Cross-border orders may be subject to import requirements. Any applicable information about separately payable duties, taxes, or customs charges must be disclosed before purchase where required by law.

Free shipping refers to the standard delivery charge and does not, by itself, represent that every possible tax or government charge is included.

Address Accuracy and Changes

Please review your delivery address before completing checkout.

If you discover an error, contact us promptly. We will attempt to make a correction before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, a change may depend on the carrier’s capabilities.

If an address issue causes a package to be returned, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate resolution. Any proposed additional charge will be explained before you agree to it.

Missing or Undelivered Packages

If your package has not arrived, or tracking shows delivery that you cannot locate, contact us.

Please check the delivery details and any safe location or building reception that may have received the package. We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a remedy where Duskwell is responsible or the law requires one.

A tracking entry marked “delivered” does not automatically determine every dispute or eliminate applicable consumer rights.

Damaged Deliveries

If a package or product arrives damaged, retain the packaging where practical and contact us.

Photographs of the package and item can help resolve the issue. Please do not use a damaged electrical product.

Our Return and Refund Policy explains remedies for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Split Shipments

If an order is sent in separate packages, shipment information will identify the available tracking details. We will not impose an additional standard shipping charge solely because we choose to split an order.
